Laura, the sales manager, greeted me immediately when I entered the premises and was very courteous and knowledgeable in resolving my maintenance issue. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely return for any future maintenance concerns.

I unfortunately have had a lot of issues with my car recently, and this location has tried as hard as possible to get me taken care of quickly efficiently and try and look out for any additional issues. They are very good at staying in contact and giving me updates, and try to find deals for me or seeing if I qualify for one of the credit lines to make life easier, and are always willing to help explain exactly what is going on why the repair is important and the cost breakdown. Laura the manager is absolutely fantastic and genuinely cares about her customers and her store and it very much shows. This last time what I was hoping was just going to be a quick brake line fluid exchange ended up being a complete overhaul of my front brakes for safety reasons, it was still done same day, from researching online cheaper than what most places which charge, and they looked out for anything else that would be a safety concern and took care of it. This is my shop from now on.

This was absolutely an Amazing and stress free experience thanks to Christina. I needed a quick repair due to the crazy Memphis roads and she not only got me checked in extremely quickly but had the tech work the ticket almost before she pressed send. She greeted me with a smile immediately and kept the laughter coming. We need more refreshing souls greeting us at every Firestone location. Thank you Christina! You made this visit memorable and easy. Oh this location was spotless inside and the Air Conditioning actually works to perfection

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Tim. I came in for a tire screw repair, and he was incredibly nice and helpful from start to finish. He handled my issue with care, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. He was professional, patient, and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Great customer service really goes a long way, and Tim definitely delivered. I truly appreciate the help and would absolutely recommend this location!
